For repository accuracy, compare a fresh SPBI response with the source court and arresting agency. Dispute an error with the agency that supplied the incorrect event or disposition. For current custody, try fewer DOC search fields, since its begins-with name matching can work better than an over-specific query. No result in one Hartford County system proves that every other official layer is blank.
